Privacy Policy
Simple Peptide, A&O, Cosmetics, Supplements, Simple Properties Florida
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | Last Updated: July 21, 2026
Alpha Omega Peptide (“Alpha Omega Peptide,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this policy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, retain, and disclose personal data about you when you interact with our websites, applications, products, and services that link to this policy (collectively, the “Services”) — including across our affiliated brands, subsidiaries, and partners — and the rights and choices available to you.
By using the Services or otherwise providing us with your information, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this policy. This policy may change from time to time (see Section 15, Changes to This Policy). Your continued use of the Services after we make changes is deemed acceptance of those changes, so please check back periodically.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to personal information we collect:
- Through our website(s), mobile applications, and online storefronts;
- Through communications, including email, text, chat, and other electronic messages between you and us;
- When you interact with our advertising or applications on third-party websites and services, where those materials link to this policy; and
- Through offline interactions, such as trade shows or phone orders, where this Policy is referenced.
This Policy does not apply to:
- Information we collect offline or through any other website or service — including one operated by an affiliate or subsidiary — that does not link to this Policy; or
- Any third party’s own collection of information, including through content or advertising that may link to or be accessible from the Services.
We may provide additional or different privacy notices specific to certain features, services, or activities (for example, a supplemental notice for California residents), which supplement this Policy.
2. Children’s and Minors’ Data
Our Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@alphaomegapeptide.com.
3. The Personal Data We Collect
“Personal data” means information that identifies, relates to, or describes, directly or indirectly, you as an individual.
3.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account and contact information: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, username, and password.
- Payment information: payment method details and transaction information. Full payment card numbers are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
- Account and order history: items purchased, subscriptions, transaction amounts, order history, and discounts used.
- Content you provide: messages sent via email, chat, contact forms, surveys, product reviews, or SMS, including any information you choose to include (for example, describing how you intend to use a product).
- Marketing preferences: your consent choices for email and SMS marketing.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device information: IP address, device identifiers, operating system and version, preferred language, hardware identifiers, and browser type and settings.
- Technical and usage information: clickstream data, pages and products viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits, scrolling/click/mouse-over activity, and how you navigate away from a page.
- Cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies: described further in Section 6.
- Approximate location: derived from IP address or shipping information. We do not collect precise geolocation unless you separately opt in through your device settings.
3.3 Information From Third Parties and Business Partners
- Service providers we engage (e.g., payment processors, email/SMS platforms, analytics, fraud-prevention, and security vendors).
- Business partners who share consumer information with us, such as marketing-preference or aggregated audience data, to help us provide a more personalized experience.
- Social media platforms, if you interact with our content or log in using a social account.
3.4 Sensitive or Health-Adjacent Information
Because our products relate to health, wellness, and research use, you may voluntarily share health-related context with us — for example, in a customer service message or product inquiry. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, medical records or clinical health information. Any voluntarily disclosed health-related information is treated with heightened care: it is used solely to respond to your inquiry or provide support, is not used for advertising or profiling, and is not shared with affiliates or partners for their own marketing purposes. If required by applicable law, we will only collect or process sensitive personal data with your consent. Our products are intended for the uses described on our website (including any research-use-only disclosures), and nothing in this Policy constitutes medical advice or a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare provider.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, biometric identifiers, or genetic information. If this changes, we will update this Policy and, where required, obtain your consent.
3.5 Aggregated and Technical Data
We may derive aggregated or statistical data from personal data (for example, calculating the percentage of users who use a specific feature). If we combine aggregated or technical data with personal data such that it identifies you, we treat the combined data as personal information.
If you are a California resident, additional detail about the categories of personal information we collect, disclose, and their sources is available in our supplemental California privacy notice listed below, under Section 10 of this Policy.
4. How We Collect Information
- Directly from you — when you create or update an account, place an order, subscribe, make a purchase, participate in a survey, promotion, or contest, or submit content such as a review.
- Automatically — through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies as you use the Services (see Section 6).
- From service providers and business partners — as described in Section 3.3.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use personal data to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
- Process and fulfill orders, subscriptions, payments, deliveries, returns, and exchanges;
- Create and manage your account;
- Send transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping/renewal notices);
- Send marketing communications where you have consented or as otherwise permitted by law;
- Personalize your experience and recommend products;
- Improve and analyze the Services — including through aggregated data analysis and, where used, machine learning techniques to understand feature usage and performance;
- Estimate audience size, recognize returning visitors, and speed up searches;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- Enforce our terms of use and terms of sale, including for billing and collection; and
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the rights of others.
Legal bases (where applicable, e.g., UK/EEA users): consent, necessity to perform a contract with you, our legitimate interests (such as improving and securing the Services), and compliance with legal obligations.
Model training disclosure: We may use de-identified or aggregated data, but not personal data, to improve internal analytics or machine-learning tools.
6. Cookies, Web Beacons, and Other Tracking Technologies
We and our partners use:
- Cookies — small files placed on your device to keep you logged in, remember your cart, and support analytics and advertising. You may refuse or disable cookies through your browser or device settings; doing so may limit certain features.
- Web beacons / pixel tags — small electronic files (also called clear GIFs) used, for example, to count visitors to a page or track whether a marketing email was opened, and to verify system integrity.
- Do Not Track (DNT): Because there is no common industry standard for interpreting browser DNT signals, our Services may not respond to all DNT signals. You can still control tracking through the cookie and advertising controls in Section 8.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): Where required by applicable law, we make reasonable efforts to honor a detected GPC opt-out signal as a request to opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information or targeted advertising.
Third parties — including advertisers, ad networks, analytics providers, your device manufacturer, and your internet/mobile service provider — may also use tracking technologies on the Services to collect information about you or your device, potentially across other websites and services over time (behavioral tracking), independent of our control. Contact the relevant third party directly with questions about their tracking practices.
7. Retargeting and Cross-Brand Advertising
To provide more relevant advertising, we and our advertising partners may use information collected across our Services (and, where you have consented, across affiliated brands) to:
- Cross-brand retargeting: show you ads for Alpha Omega Peptide or affiliated brands on third-party websites, apps, and social platforms based on your browsing activity;
- Audience matching: share hashed or pseudonymized identifiers (e.g., a hashed email address) with ad platforms (such as Meta or Google) to reach you or similar audiences;
- Customized communications: tailor email and SMS content based on your browsing and purchase behavior.
You can limit this activity using the opt-out tools in Section 9.
8. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose personal data as follows:
8.1 Affiliates and Subsidiaries
We may share personal data with our subsidiaries and other brands or companies under common ownership or control with Alpha Omega Peptide, for purposes such as coordinating operations, customer support, and fraud prevention, and — only where you have provided consent or not opted out — cross-brand marketing. A current list of affiliated brands is available on request at support@alphaomegapeptide.com.
8.2 Contractors and Service Providers
We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf — payment processing, shipping and fulfillment, email/SMS delivery, hosting, analytics, customer support tools, and advertising platforms. These providers are contractually bound to keep personal data confidential and to use it only to provide services to us.
8.3 Strategic Partners
We may share information with partners with whom we offer joint products, services, or promotions, limited to what’s necessary for that joint offering, and only where you have not opted out (Section 9).
8.4 To Fulfill Your Request
For example, if you use an “email a friend” feature, we will transmit that email’s contents and your email address to the recipient.
8.5 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, dissolution, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all of our assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any material change in ownership or use of your personal data and any choices available to you.
8.6 Legal and Safety Reasons
We may disclose information to comply with a court order, law, subpoena, or government/regulatory request; to enforce our terms of use or terms of sale, including for billing and collection; or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, including for fraud prevention and credit-risk reduction.
8.7 Aggregated / De-Identified Data
We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you, without restriction.
Categories of personal data we may disclose under the above categories include: account and contact information; payment information; account and order history; device and technical information; and content you have chosen to provide to us.
9. Your Choices
9.1 Cookies and Tracking
Adjust your browser or device settings to block or delete cookies, or use our cookie consent tool where available. Some Services features may not function properly if you do so.
9.2 Promotions From Us
If you don’t want us to use your information to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, opt out by via phone or SMS (listed below under Section 16 of this Policy) or by email at support@alphaomegapeptide.com.
9.3 Targeted/Interest-Based Advertising
Opt out of interest-based advertising from participating networks via the Network Advertising Initiative or the Digital Advertising Alliance. For NAI opt-outs to function fully, your browser generally needs to accept cookies.
9.4 Cross-Brand / Affiliate Sharing
Email support@alphaomegapeptide.com with “Opt Out of Affiliate Sharing” to limit sharing of your information with affiliated brands and partners for their own marketing purposes. This does not affect sharing necessary to fulfill your order or provide support.
9.5 Email Marketing
Click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email.
9.6 SMS Marketing
- If you provide your phone number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and informational text messages from Alpha Omega Peptide at that number.
- Consent to SMS marketing is not a condition of purchase.
- Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP, or contact support@alphaomegapeptide.com, for assistance.
- Messages may be sent from a dedicated toll-free or short-code number, which may differ from the customer support number listed on our website.
9.7 Location Data
You can choose whether to allow the Services to collect real-time device location through your device’s privacy settings. Blocking this may limit some features.
10. Your State and Regional Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar comprehensive privacy laws in other U.S. states (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah) or other jurisdictions (e.g., UK/EEA data protection law), which may include the right to:
- Access / Know: confirm whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy of it, generally in a portable format;
- Correction: request correction of inaccurate personal data;
- Deletion: request deletion of personal data, subject to certain legal exceptions;
- Opt-out: opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal data (including for cross-context behavioral advertising) and opt out of profiling used for certain legal or similarly significant decisions; and
- Non-discrimination: not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
The exact scope of these rights, and applicable exceptions, vary by state. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@alphaomegapeptide.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification. To appeal a decision on a rights request, contact support@alphaomegapeptide.com in order to schedule mediation. In the event mediation is exhausted without resolution, venue
Global Privacy Control: Where we detect a GPC signal, we will make reasonable efforts to honor it as an opt-out request as required by applicable law.
Nevada residents: Nevada law provides a limited right to opt out of certain sales of personal data. We do not currently engage in sales that trigger this requirement, but residents who wish to submit a request may do so at support@alphaomegapeptide.com.
California residents: see our supplemental California privacy notice below for additional detail, including retention periods by data category:
California Privacy Rights Notice
This section applies only to California residents and supplements our general Privacy Policy pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”).
Washington My Health My Data Act Notice
This section applies to Washington residents and supplements our general Privacy Policy pursuant to Washington’s My Health My Data Act (“MHMDA”).
Consumer Health Data We May Process
The MHMDA broadly defines “consumer health data” as personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to a consumer and identifies their past, present, or future physical or mental health status. Because our products relate to health, wellness, and supplementation, this may include information you voluntarily provide in connection with a purchase, customer service inquiry, or product interest — for example, references to a health goal, condition, or intended use of a product — even where you have not been asked to provide it. It does not include information that only relates to payment, shipping, or general demographic details unless combined with health-related context.
Our Consumer Health Data Practices
- We do not sell consumer health data.
- We do not use consumer health data for advertising, retargeting, or profiling, and we exclude it from the cross-brand and third-party sharing described in this Policy.
- We collect and use consumer health data only as necessary to provide the specific product, service, or support you have requested, and only with your consent where required by law.
- We do not share consumer health data with affiliates, subsidiaries, or partners for their own marketing purposes.
- We limit employee and contractor access to consumer health data to those who need it to fulfill the purposes above.
Your Washington Rights
You have the right to:
- Confirm whether we are collecting, sharing, or selling your consumer health data, and to access that data;
- Withdraw consent to our collection or sharing of your consumer health data, at any time, at least as easily as you provided it;
- Delete consumer health data we have collected about you, including data held by our processors and service providers; and
- Appeal a denial of any of the above requests.
To exercise these rights, email support@alphaomegapeptide.com with the subject line “Washington Health Data Request.” We will respond within the time required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our denial within 60 days; if your appeal is denied, you may file a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General.
Geofencing
We do not use geofencing technology to establish a virtual boundary around a mental health facility, reproductive or sexual health facility, or similar location in order to identify, track, or send notifications to consumers, or to collect their consumer health data, as restricted under the MHMDA.
Other States’ Privacy Rights (Consolidated)
This section applies to residents of U.S. states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws not otherwise addressed in a dedicated section above, including but not limited to Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Nebraska, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, Rhode Island, Tennessee, and Kentucky, as such list may expand as additional states enact similar laws.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- Access — confirm whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy of it, generally in a portable format;
- Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal data;
- Delete — request deletion of personal data we have collected, subject to certain legal exceptions;
- Opt out — of the processing of your personal data for (a) targeted advertising, (b) the sale of personal data, and (c) profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects; and
- Appeal — a decision we make in response to your request.
Some of these states additionally require us to:
- Recognize a universal opt-out mechanism (such as the Global Privacy Control) as a valid request to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data, which we honor where technically detected;
- Obtain opt-in consent before processing sensitive data (such as precise geolocation, or data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health conditions, sexual orientation, or citizenship/immigration status); and
- Provide heightened protections for known minors, including restrictions on targeted advertising and sale of a minor’s data without opt-in consent from the minor (if 13–15) or a parent/guardian (if under 13).
How to Exercise These Rights
Submit a request to support@alphaomegapeptide.com. We will verify your identity using information reasonably necessary for that purpose before completing your request. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf. We will respond within the time required by your state’s law, typically 45 days, and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Appeals
If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision within 60 days. If we deny your appeal, we will provide you with information on how to submit a complaint to your state’s Attorney General or other applicable regulator.
Categories of Personal Information We Collect
In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information, as defined by the CCPA: identifiers (name, email, phone, address, IP address); customer records information (payment details, order history); commercial information (products purchased, purchase history); internet or other electronic network activity (browsing behavior, cookies); geolocation data (approximate, derived from IP or shipping address); and inferences drawn from the above to create a profile reflecting preferences (e.g., product recommendations).
We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA (such as precise geolocation, government IDs, or health/biometric data), except where you voluntarily disclose health-related context to us, which we do not use to infer characteristics about you and do not use for advertising.
Sources of Personal Information
We collect personal information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, and from service providers, advertising partners, and affiliated brands, as described in Section 3 of our Privacy Policy.
How We Use and Disclose Personal Information
We use and disclose personal information for the business and commercial purposes described in Section 5 of our Privacy Policy. In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed each category of personal information listed above to: service providers, affiliated brands and subsidiaries, and advertising partners, as described in Section 8.
“Sales” and “Sharing” of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, our use of certain advertising cookies and audience-matching technologies (Section 6–7) may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA. You can opt out of this sharing using the methods in Section 9, by using the “Your Privacy Choices” link on our website, or by enabling the Global Privacy Control on a supported browser.
Your California Rights
You have the right to:
- Right to Know — request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, and the categories of third parties with whom it has been shared.
- Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., completing a transaction, legal compliance, security).
- Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing — direct us not to sell or share your personal information.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — to the extent we process sensitive personal information for purposes beyond providing the Services.
- Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a CCPA right.
How to Submit a Request
Submit a verifiable consumer request by emailing support@alphaomegapeptide.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request,” or by calling the toll-free number at 877-711-0702. We will verify your identity by matching the information you provide against our records before fulfilling access or deletion requests. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of your written authorization.
Appeals
If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by replying to our denial email within 60 days. If your appeal is denied, contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.
Shine the Light
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, email support@alphaomegapeptide.com with “Shine the Light Request” in the subject line.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
If we process sensitive personal information for purposes beyond what’s necessary to provide the Services (for example, using precise geolocation for advertising), you have the right to direct us to limit that use. Because we do not use sensitive personal information for secondary purposes like advertising or profiling, no additional action is needed to exercise this right — but you may still submit a request at support@alphaomegapeptide.com.
Automated Decision-Making Technology (ADMT)
We do not currently use automated decision-making technology to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you (such as denying service based solely on automated profiling). If this changes, we will provide pre-use notice and, where required by CPRA regulations, an opt-out mechanism and the ability to access information about the logic involved.
Minors Under 16
We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we have actual knowledge are under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization (opt-in consent from the minor if 13–15, or a parent/guardian if under 13). As stated elsewhere in this Policy, our Services are not directed to and are not intended for use by anyone under 18.
Financial Incentives
We may offer a loyalty or rewards program that provides discounts in exchange for your continued patronage and data related to your purchases. Participation is voluntary, and you may opt out or withdraw at any time. The value of the data exchanged is reasonably related to the value of the incentive offered.
Notice at Collection
Consistent with CPRA requirements, we provide notice of the categories of personal information collected and the purposes for that collection at or before the point of collection — for example, near forms that collect your email, phone number, or shipping address — rather than only in this centralized Policy.
California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA)
The CPPA is the state regulator responsible for enforcing the CCPA/CPRA. You may lodge a complaint with the CPPA at cppa.ca.gov if you believe your rights under this law have been violated. Filing a complaint with the CPPA does not require you to first contact us, though we encourage you to reach out to support@alphaomegapeptide.com so we can try to resolve any concern directly.
Data Breach — Private Right of Action
Under California’s data breach statute (incorporated by reference into the CCPA’s enforcement provisions), consumers may have a private right of action if their nonencrypted, nonredacted personal information is subject to unauthorized access and exfiltration, theft, or disclosure as a result of our failure to implement reasonable security procedures. We maintain the safeguards described in Section 13 of this Policy to reduce this risk.
https://oag.ca.gov/privacy/ccpa
11. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — including operating the Services, complying with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolving disputes, and fraud/security prevention. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose: for example, order and transaction records are generally kept for the period required by tax and accounting law, while marketing preferences are retained until you opt out or request deletion. At the end of the applicable retention period, data is deleted, destroyed, or de-identified.
12. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States, and personal data may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.
13. How We Protect Your Information
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data from accidental loss, destruction, unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure — including encryption in transit, access controls, and PCI-compliant payment processing. No website, application, or online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or through the Services. In particular, email, text, and chat communications may not be secure — please consider carefully what information you share through those channels. You are also responsible for protecting your own account credentials against unauthorized access.
14. Third-Party Links
The Services may link to third-party websites or services not operated by us, including those of affiliated brands or partners. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies before providing any information.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will post the updated Policy with a revised “Last Updated” date and, where required by law, provide additional notice (such as an email) of material changes. Please check this page periodically.
